As Honorary Professor of Early Modern History, Clare lectures for the History Faculty in Cambridge, and supervises undergraduates for papers in early modern British and European history, and the history of political thought, as well as supervising postgraduate MPhil and PhD students researching early modern British history. She welcomes enquiries from prospective students wishing to work on all aspects of early modern British history, c.1500-c.1800.
